Goal: By 2030 — 179,000 acre-feet/yr or 58 billion gallons/yr. By 2070 — 192,000 acre-feet/yr or 63 billion gallons/yr.

- Harbor Island: Proposed by the Port of Corpus Christi.
- Inner Harbor: Proposed by the city of Corpus Christi — approved in April 2024.
